I am a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter living in Berkeley, California. I paint, meditate, and actively try to enable personal growth as I'm learning how to thrive and create. I am passionate about disruptive technologies, music, film, and communication. I speak English, French, and am currently studying Mandarin with an amazing teacher, Ying.
Slow food and the paleo diet keep me healthy. I brew kombucha, grow spirulina, churn raw cream butter, make raw milk cheeses, and nourish myself with gluten-free treats. I'm healing my body from years of modern-diet toxicity and would love to share ideas/recipes with others who believe that how we fuel our bodies determines our longevity.
